ixorax reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by ixorax

ixorax may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

7.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account and cease using the Platform at any time.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ixorax regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Waiver

The failure of ixorax to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
