Terms of Service – Ixora Admin

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ixora Admin, the web administration console of the ixorax platform, available at ixorax.com/admin (the “Console”). By signing in you agree to these Terms. If you use the Console on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Description of the Console
The Console lets authorized administrators manage users, roles and permissions, companies and subscriptions, announcements, support requests and system settings, and review the audit log of administrative actions.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Administrators
Access is granted only to administrators designated by ixorax or by the subscribing organization. Each administrator may use only the permissions assigned to their role.
4. Accounts and Credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out with your account.
- You must not share your account or let anyone else use it.
- You must tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Console you agree not to:
- Change roles, permissions or settings without authorization or for a purpose other than your administrative duties.
- Attempt to access data, accounts or functions that your role does not permit.
- Interfere with or disable the audit log or other security controls.
- Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the Console.
- Use the Console in violation of applicable law or of the organization's internal policies.
6. Audit Logging
Administrative actions are recorded, including who performed them and when, and may include the IP address and the device or browser used. You acknowledge that this recording is part of the service and is used for accountability and security.
7. Data and Confidentiality
Information available through the Console may be confidential. You must use it only for your administrative duties, protect it, and not disclose it except as your role and the law allow. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy of Ixora Admin.
8. Intellectual Property
The Console, its design, software and content belong to ixorax and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose while your access is active.
9. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the Console available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or change features, and may carry out maintenance, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect the Console. You must follow security instructions, use strong passwords and report any vulnerability or incident to us without delay.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Console is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ixorax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Console, or for actions taken by administrators within their granted permissions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Suspension or Termination of Access
We may suspend or end access to the Console if these Terms are breached, if security requires it, or if the administrator's role or the organization's subscription ends.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Console after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Rules
Use of the Console is subject to these Terms, applicable laws, the organization's internal policies and any signed agreement between ixorax and the organization. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.
